曹芳君，女，博士，助理研究员，1987年8月出生，陕西西安人，中国共产党员。西北农林科技大学化学生物学专业博士毕业。2020年12月进入陕西省动物研究所工作。主要从事分子生物学及生物材料方面的研究工作。
